Privacy Policy
Your health information is sensitive, and we treat it that way. This page explains, in plain language, what Curo Health collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. It's a working summary and is being finalized with our legal advisors.
What we collect
To provide care, we collect the information you give us during your assessment — contact details, the health history relevant to your treatment, and any photos you choose to upload. We also collect basic technical data (like your device and general location) to keep the service secure and working properly.
How we use it
We use your information to connect you with a licensed Canadian clinician, to review your assessment, to dispense and deliver any treatment that is prescribed, and to support you with follow-ups and messaging. We do not sell your personal or health information.
Who can see it
Your information is shared only with the people involved in your care — your reviewing clinician and the licensed pharmacy that fulfills a prescription — and with service providers who help us operate (for example, secure hosting and shipping), under confidentiality obligations. We share information with another provider only when you ask us to, or where required by law.
How we protect it
We handle personal health information in line with applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and provincial health-privacy legislation such as PHIPA. Information is stored securely, access is limited to those who need it, and we use encryption in transit.
